On-site Lease - BA Nica +++/

Nica is a special horse that enjoys teaching riders in our lesson program and is a solid 3rd level and para grand prix competitor. She partnered with Shelley to earn her USDF bronze medal in 2023.

Nica is a large 16.2hh, 20 year old half-Arabian mare crossed with Friesian and Dutch Warmblood. Nica was bred, born here, and trained by Shelley with expert guidance of Michelle LaBarre.

Summary of lease terms: $600/month which includes farrier, routine vet and chiropractic care. Person leasing must be consistently taking lessons in our program. She's available other than her scheduled lesson times which are typically Saturday and Sunday mornings.
